I got still an item where I do not see where to change the Text in the Header picture.
I got it once, but I am lost:(
Hope you know wher to change the TEXT and sub text.

Hello Milian,
that should be a module in the module position header.
Take a look at your modules in the backend.
You can filter by module positions.

It was finaly the Logo Module. With some HTML.
