Hi
I am using template perfect with Joomla 5. 
I am want to add special medical icons.
How can I add more icons that are not in fontawsome library?

I don't understand what the question is about? 
You can only use what is offered in the library. 
There is more choice with a subscription there and the associated Pro version.
