Wie kann ich das Video im Modul Top C1 auf die gleiche Art fixieren (FIX) wie bei einem Image?

Die Seite ist nicht online, aktuell. Ich kann sie nicht online stellen.
Der Effekt ist aber einfach zu erklären.
Das Bild bleibt beim Scrollen stehen - Das Video fährt hoch.
Da in den Einstellungen (Siehe Bilder oben) "wähle einen Anhang für den Hintergrund" = Fix fehlt, gehe ich davon aus, irgendwo ein CSS zu platzieren, aber wo und was?

Hallo, bei einem Video geht der css Befehl cover nicht, demnach geht dieser Effekt nur mit einem Bild
