This is a forum. Clear text please:
Hello
I'm currently having some issues with my hosting provider (AMEN), who tell me it's due to an error in a template module.
Even though I don't believe the site crashes occasionally because of this (since other sites without this module also crash), I'm pointing out the line of code they're referring to (for a future update, perhaps?) :
Module mod_article_slideshow : variable non définie
/modules/mod_article_slideshow/tmpl/default.php (ligne 102)
Best regards
I cannot reproduce the reported error.

Hello
As I mentioned in my message, I doubt that this line of code is causing the site to crash (error 500) since I have other sites that don't have this module and they're also crashing at the same time...
But since my hosting provider, AMEN, gave me this information, I'm passing it on to you.
In the meantime, I've had another "502 - Bad Gateway" error. Their response is:
In short, the day I have more money, I'll have to get a dedicated server…
Thanks anyway for your time.
Best regards

In the meantime, I've had another "502 - Bad Gateway" error. Their response is:
- The observed 500/502 errors are related to PHP application errors (TypeError),
- They are revealed or amplified by the shared PHP 8.3 environment,
- The infrastructure is not down (their server),
- The sites are working again after the PHP processes are automatically restarted.
A lasting fix involves:
- Updating/fixing the affected extensions,
- or adapting the code to PHP 8.3,
- possibly a more isolated environment if necessary (dedicated server).
In short, the day I have more money, I'll have to get a dedicated server…
Thanks anyway for your time.
Best regards
