ifor joomla templates you als need astroid framework. I only use theastroi framework when you offer it in the download, because then you tested it. So i do not download it directly from astroid.
But i undertand there also is a pro version.
Do you also offer astroid pro ?
I doubt if it is safe tot use the pro versin directly from astroid because who is testing it the way you are doin it ?

Astroid Pro is a plugin that unlocks and expands the functionality of the free version. We do not offer this; it is exclusively offered by the developer as a Plus package. However, we do test Astroid Pro to ensure that everything works correctly and that no errors appear in the regular Astroid version. We do not guarantee the functionality of the Pro version, nor do we guarantee against potential bugs or errors. To reiterate: Astroid is open source and the free version is available to everyone. Astroid Pro is only available via subscription.

so in this case i better keep working with the version you check before you offer it in the downloads. This because it can be a risk when you buy the pro version which is not tested by you. Am i correct ?

No, that's not true. Astroid always has these features locked. You need a subscription to unlock the Pro features. When we test, we primarily use Astroid's standard features. The Pro version is always available, but it's simply not activated without a subscription. The Pro version is secure and, depending on your needs, can be useful. You're not taking any risks.
