I bought a template this afternoon but no email was received (yes checked SPAM folders). Contacted support 5 hours ago by email and no response either. Can someone help please.

I have te same problem. I bought one template yesterday and I paid with paypal. After few hours I send You an email (to support@...) because there was no message from You.
Still there is no answer from Your company and I dont have what I paid for.

we sent the template to the email address, that Paypal has set as default. Please look to your spamfilter or
firewall.

Otherwise give us an alternate email address, where we can send the template again.
And please give us the Paypal Transaction ID to verify your payment.

I have the same problem.
My colleague Luca Baldo, bought online a JP – Media template, but we haven’t received anything yet...
We control spamfilter and the email address after reading this forum... but the problem is not solved yet.

Can you send me or may colleague luca.baldo@iks.it the download link?
