1.) You have payed for a membership and now you can donwload the themes
2.) You have send us via Paypal 25.- Euros without USING the BUYNOW button

Youre completly wrong, the only thing you have to do is: CLICK THE BUY NOW BUTTON

What have you done! Now we have to give you a refund!!

I made a purchase this morning (the Scene template), but I have not received an email. I have emailed support, but not heard back.

My transaction ID is 6G5134514M120373D.

we sent the template to the email address, that Paypal has set as default. Please look to your spamfilter or
firewall.

Otherwise give us an alternate email address, where we can send the template again.
And please give us the Paypal Transaction ID to verify your payment.
