we sent the template to the email address, that Paypal has set as default. Please look to your spamfilter or
firewall.

Otherwise give us an alternate email address, where we can send the template again.

I am having the same problem. I have checked the default account and the spam folder and no email. I have requested help form your site over a dozen times. smkoen@bellsouth.net. Please send me my real estate template. I can provide the paypal documentation.

I still have not received this template.
