[SOLVED] Update error joomla 3 to 4

I made a new install of joomla 3 in xampp end update to joomla 4 (ftp off & direct write). I got the same error, what do i do wrong?

The problem is: You are using the warp7-framework:
Warp7-Framework does not work with Joomal 4 (And PHP 8.0).

I removed the templates but i got the same problem.
also updated an empty new joomla 3 installation (@ xampp) to version joomla 4 and got the same problem.
What do i do wrong?
