Unable to get the Joomla Installer past Step 1 with the QuickInstall. It redirects to my URL with a # at the end, resulting in no progress. I have tried installing Joomla 3.x first, but can't get the demo material to load. Any suggestions would be greatly helpful.

Try these steps:
1.) Download the template package again
2.) Upload the quickstart package to your server again and try to install it!

We have check the files and the installation has no issue!

Done and done, but the same issue persists.
