Bei mir bestand das gleiche Problem - die Lösung fand sich im erwähnten "Warp 7 Customizer": bei mir lag es am Gantry-Plugin, das den Customizer blockierte. Nach Deaktivierung des Plugins -> Problem gelöst. Danke! :)
