Ansonsten habe ich auch keine Lösung.
Ggf ein Akeeba Backup machen und dann auf ihren Server einspielen

Hallo,

eine htaccess lag nicht im Root.
Akeeba Backup hat auch nicht geholfen.

Habe es jetzt aber gefunden.
Diese Datei musste ich löschen:
administrator\cache\autoload_psr4.php

Danach hat das Frontend wieder funktioniert und im Backend konnte ich mich ebenfalls anmelden.

Ich danke dir trotzdem für deine Hilfe.
