Where can I link the social buttons?

The social buttons are simple "a href" html links with an icon:

I know where to find the module 'social icons' and i know how i can link them, but when i open the module, I don't find the buttons, see attachement. So i can't link them.
I've another little problem: i've changed the color of the social icons, but on one page the aren't the same color. I only can use one color in one template i suppose?
